Co-Occurring Joint Action Council (COJAC).

The Co-Occurring Joint Action Council (COJAC), a workgroup tasked to implement the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA) COD state action plan has been established. COJAC will add representation to broaden input and to facilitate moving the action plan forward with the deepest and broadest input possible.

California Association of Alcohol and Drug Program Executives, Inc. (CAADPE).

CAADPEE is a nonprofit professional association of alcohol and other drug abuse agencies. CAADPE educates the public about the need for quality alcohol and other drug abuse services to meet community needs and actively participates in public dialogue about alcohol and drug services.

County Alcohol and Drug Program Administrators Association of California (CADPAAC).

CADPAAC is a nonprofit organization comprised of the designated county alcohol and drug program administrators representing the 58 counties within California. CADPAAC is dedicated to the reducation of individual and community programs (from public safety, to education, to health care) related to the use of alcohol and other drugs.

Children and Family Futures.

Children and Family Futures (CFFutures) is nonprofit firm providing technical assistance and training, strategic planning, evaluation and development of effectiveness measures. It provides services to government agencies, community based organizations, and schools. CFFutures is dedicated to improving outcomes for children and families, particularly those affected by alcohol and other drugs and those involved in the welfare and child welfare systems.

California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs (DADP).

DADP leads California's strategy to reduce alcohol and other drug problems by developing, administering, and supporting prevention and treatment programs. It also helps Californians to understand that alcoholism and drug addiction are chronic conditions that can be successfully prevented and treated.

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

SAMHSA is the Federal agency charged with improving the quality and availability of prevention, treatment, and rehabilitative services in order to reduce illness, death, disability, and cost to society resulting from substance abuse and mental illnesses.
